Beauty Review: Never Grow Up Anti-Aging Serum
I have always heard that if you don't have time for a skin care regimen you should at least use a good serum at night. It just takes a few seconds to apply, and it does wonders for your skin! I had been using Mary Kay's vitamin C serum, but I wanted something that wasn't as costly. I decided to try the serum that Perfectly Posh offers. After the third night of using it I woke up looking like I had a facelift! My skin was so tight, and my skin was glowing. I love this serum. It has a nice lavender/lemon scent that is perfect and calming for night time. You can get yours HERE.

Perfectly Posh Seas of the Day Review
Seas of the Day Chuck

Right now I have been using our Seas of the Day chunk in my shower. I wasn't sure I was going to like the scent because I don't like cherry stuff, but it is heavenly! The website describes it as:
"Shea butter and wild cherry extract bring a wave of beachy perfection to your skin with a splash of agave fragrance. You'll be ready to Seas the Day after every shower."
I have been using this chunk for three weeks and there doesn't seem to be any wearing showing on the soap yet. I do feel like I get basked in lotion every time I take a shower because of this chunk! I would expect some drying, but this doesn't seem to do that. As an extra bonus....it works as a lovely air freshener for my bathroom too!
Right now it is on closeout for $7.00

Perfectly Posh Beauty Review: Smashing Good Pumpkin
The first time I used it was before an event that I had. I had a zit pop up, and I didn't want that to be the focus during this event. So I applied the mask. The next morning my zit was greatly diminished to the point that it was barely there.
The second time I used it I had numerous painful zits. I put on the mask, and rinsed it off. Immediately the pain was diminished.
This mask is a gentle clay mask that brings out toxins from your skin. Even though it is named Smashing Good Pumpkin it does not smell like pumpkin. It smells like clay. It can be purchased from my website. Before you purchase anything be sure to sign up for the perks program. You will get free points for signing up and for your birthday, AND for everything you buy!

November: Perfectly Posh Kits
November's Perfectly Posh Starter Kits and Exclusive recruit mask!
Each month Perfectly Posh introduces a new exclusive item for recruits, and two brand new kits! I can't wait to try this face mask. It looks amazing! Posh's face masks are the reason I joined Posh. I just love their products!
https://www.perfectlyposh.com/melodypharmon/join The first of the new Kits are Double the Posh. This is great if you plan to do vendor events right off the bat because this will give you extra products to let people sample, and still get to keep product for your own use. Lets face it, you're going to use it. Posh is something everyone can use! The second kit is lots of Posh! This is the kit that I chose for myself because I wanted to get as much product for my own personal use as possible. Both kits are great, and a fantastic deal! Interested in Joining? click here. There are less than 35,000 consultants, so it's a total ground floor opportunity!
Also, be sure to sign up for Posh's perks program! It's totally free and rewards you on your purchases, and your birthday! Sign up for perks here.

New Perfectly Posh Consultant!!!!!
If you have been following my blog for any length of period you would have noticed that I am a fan of perfectly posh. I love that they are a more natural approach to beauty products. Plus they don't have lanolin in them (I think I am beginning to react to it). Since I am spending so much money on it, I decided that I would sign up! Please support my new endeavor and place an order! Click here for my party link! Here are some of my favorite products.
Cackle Spackle is AMAZING!!!! It's a beautiful blend of mint and charcoal. Love it! You need to buy it soon because it is expected to sell out any day now. For good reason too!!!!!
In this photo you will see the sample of both stripper and the snarky butter. Both I love!!!! I'm a fan of face masks, so stripper is wonderful! Snarky butter may my skin feel like a baby's bottom. Then there is caramel cray cray and rah rah raspberry lip stuff. Lanolin free! :D
This is Kale Face. It made my skin so incredibly soft!

Review: Voluminous False Fiber Lashes
I bought this for a dollar off a beauty auction on Instagram. I am glad I didn't pay any more for it because I HATE IT! It does not compare to my Younique 3D Fiberlash mascara. It just is clumpy, and makes my eyelids hurt. I also hate the design.
Will never buy this!
Will never buy this!
Review: Don't Despair, Repair Hair mask
I got this in my Ipsy bag a while back. I never remembered to put it into my shower to use. Finally I remembered! I used it this week. Here is what I think:
Pros:
easy to use
not a strong scent
Cons:
didn't seem to do anything to my hair
This is not an item I will be buying again.
Review: Hot Spring Sauna Facial Mask
I cannot gush over how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this mask! I got it in one of my mystery bags from an instagram auction. (if you don't know about instagram auctions look up m_t_sells....it's my selling page but there isn't much there). This mask just had the feeling of a warm cloth soaking on your face. Soooo relaxing! It had slight exfoliation, and a wonderful apricot smell. It was easily removed as well.
Pros:
warming sensation
exfoliation
easy removal
scent
my skin felt velvety smooth for two days!
cons
warming sensation if you don't like that feeling
you may not like apricot scent
I will definitely have this in my mind to buy more of!

Hey Honey take it off Review
I am not much of a fan of peel off masks. They always seem much to abrasive for my skin. However, when I noticed this sample in my stash I decided to try it. I was originally going to use a mud mask, but decided on this instead.
It had a thicker texture than I am used to for peel off masks. It felt like a thicker version of honey (go figure). It took about 15 minutes for it to fully dry before I was ready to pull it off.

Instagram Auctions
I have a ton of samples/beauty products that I won't use. They are either the wrong color for me, or they have something in them I am allergic too. So, I opened up a new instagram account to hold beauty auctions. Before I can have an auction I need to have enough followers to make it worth while! Go follow!
I will be listing what will be auctioned off here too when an auction starts
Pay Pal only will be added to the rules.

Perfectly Posh Pink Putty
It is a very nice cooling sensation when you put it on. It was a nice peppermint scent, and wasn't at all overpowering. It was a lot like what you would expect from a facial mask, but for your feet. I loved having the mud on my feet!
At first it seemed to dry out my feet. However, the next day I did notice that my feet didn't feel as rough. So, I guess it worked, but it isn't my favorite product. I probably wouldn't buy this again, but it is nice for the moment.
To see other Perfectly Posh products I have tried you can go to this post. It also will tell you where you can go to buy some for yourself!

Perfectly Posh: Apricots Overnight Face Mask
With my last order from Perfectly Posh I was given a sample of Apricots Overnight face mask. I have never tried an overnight mask before, but I love face masks! I figured it wouldn't hurt.
I loved the smell. Apricot smells wonderful to me, so if you don't like the smell of apricots you won't like this.

| very unflattering picture....oh well. |
Not my favorite product. I don't do overnight masks, so I am not one to judge whether this is a good product or not.

Perfectly Posh
When I became a Jamberry consultant, I decided to join a consultant of the month group of Facebook (I know of a fantastic one if you are looking for one). This group is fantastic for networking, but it also introduces me to new companies and products that I have never heard of before.
One of these companies is Posh beauty products. Everything is under $25 and they pride themselves on offering alternative options to normal beauty products on the market. According to their website they are:
I was super excited to try the clay mask! It is made with kelp and algae.
It was a very calming, and cooling mask. It was pretty wonderful. When it came time to wash it off I ended up being concerned. As you can tell from the picture below.....it turned my face VERY red!
As it turns out this is normal. It just means that the toxins are being pulled out of the skin. The redness lasted about ten minutes before it went away. It left my face feeling like a baby's behind! Super soft! Loved the product. Will be buying more when I use this up!
The next product that I tried was the Play Footsie Fabulous Fizzies. (Love the name!) These are super easy to use. You just drop one into warm water. It fizzes around (basically a bath bomb). You soak your foot in it as long as you want. It had a refreshing raspberry smell mixed with peppermint. The peppermint I think made it give my feet a cooling sensation. It was very relaxing!
My feet were pretty scruffy after the winter. After I soaked my feet I used a stone to help get the dead skin cells off, and they just seemed to slide off. Now I have silky smooth feet. I am not sure if I liked this product enough to buy it again, but they were still very nice.
All of my products were purchased off of Christine Poust. Her site can be found by clicking here.

Beauty Counter
There are many direct sales companies out there. Many I have never heard of! Through my experience with Jamberry I am being introduced to many different brands. I participate in a Consultant of the Month group on Facebook, and it has given me a lot of exposure to different companies. As well as helping me make friends in other companies. It's great because we are all supportive of one another!
This week I tried Beauty Counter. I had never heard of it before. I lost a raffle, so I had to buy some product from the rep. I chose to buy the touch-up skin concealer touch up pen. I have a port-wine birthmark on my face, so I didn't have high hopes for it. Yet, I was willing to try it. I also bought the brown sugar scrub (yet to try it, so expect a blog post to come).
My consultant was Brette Space. She seems very knowledgeable, and nice. If you are interested in Beauty Counter I recommend you go to her!
Here are the before and after photos. Keep in mind, that I HATE taking pictures of myself, and I HATE drawing attention to my birthmark.
I honestly didn't have high hopes for this product. Most concealers don't do much of anything when it comes to covering my birthmark. This one did a fairly good job. My favorite is still dermablend, but I am looking for other options that may be cheaper. This is definitely in the running.

Review of Younique 3D Fiberlash Mascara
So I have been hearing a lot about Younique's 3D Fiberlash Mascara. I was invited to tons of online parties, but lets be real. I'm a stay-at-home mom. Why would I spend $29 on a mascara? I barely wear makeup as it is! So....I ignored every single party. Didn't even wait to see what all they hype was about. I just left the group, and was done.
Fast forward to me becoming a Jamberry Rep meeting other vendors. At one event there was a Younique presenter. My up-line convinced me that I had to try this mascara. So.....I caved. My husband had been trying to get me to spend money on myself, so I bought some mascara. Erin (the presenter) took me into the bathroom, and showed me how to apply it.
I didn't think that there was much of a difference between my regular mascara (that my son had just thrown in the toilet that morning) and the 3D Fiberlash Mascara, BUT everyone else did! It has been a long time since I have received this many compliments! Most of the time I am just wearing mascara, and nothing else.
So I decided to show you some pictures showing the progression of lashes. Please ignore my awful lighting and eyebrows. Like I said.....stay-at-home mom......with new baby.
I can't even imagine what they would look like if I did more than two coats! One is enough for every day for me! Needless to say, I love this mascara. I was a huge skeptic, but now I am sold!

For those of you with sensitive eyes: My eyelids swell up with most mascaras, but it doesn't with this.
I love that it comes off with just water!
I love that my eyelashes are super hard like a lot of mascaras make them.
I highly recommend this product!
Something that I have noticed about Younique presenters are that they seem to be extremely pushy and narcissistic. Erin is not like that at all. She is super nice, and listens to questions without getting annoyed. I highly recommend that you go to her site to shop, and try their products! https://www.youniqueproducts.com/ErinEdwards/party/1564922/view
